Limvio is operated by Zaptech Labs. ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Limvio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Limvio provides deployment policy enforcement tools, including features such as automated deployment workflows, customizable deployment rules, and real-time monitoring and alerts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • The content of your deployment rules and policies
  • Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws
  • Any activity that occurs under your account
  • Configuring and managing your deployment workflows and rules
  • Ensuring that your use of the Service does not infringe on the rights of any third party

4. Deployment Risks & Liability

Important Disclaimer

Limvio is a tool to help enforce your internal policies. We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deployments due to misconfiguration
  • Production incidents resulting from allowed deployments
  • Missed deployment windows due to service downtime
  • Any loss of revenue or data resulting from the use of the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

5. Subscription & Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Downgrading your plan may cause the loss of features or capacity of your account.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions.

If you are not satisfied with Limvio within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@limvio.com for a full refund.

This policy applies only to first-time subscribers. Renewals and plan upgrades are not eligible for refunds.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
